2.We only sell NEW and 100% AUTHENTIC products. Items like bags are bought from the US , from factory outlets and boutiques. Some items come with dustbags, some do not. Please do ask before ordering. Items are in excellent condition before shipment, insyallah. We may have some pre-loved items but those will be labelled accordingly. As much as we would like to stick to the prices quoted here, sometimes there may be some slight changes in pricing due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you of the changes.

3.Payment is to made through our CIMB and Maybank accounts only.
Installments for items may be arranged but a deposit of 50% must be paid first. We can hold the item for you for a specific time only.
We accept Paypal / credit cards but a 4% surcharge will be imposed.
All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

5. Available items will be posted by Pos Laju and we will inform you of extra postage fees incurred if any. Pre ordered items may take 2-4 weeks.
